The importance of ensuring personnel are adequately trained to ensure the achievement and maintenance of safety and legal protection can not be underestimated. This course concentrates upon the key skills required by operators of overhead gantry cranes to ensure safe operation. This coursemay last from 1-5 days, dependant upon the experience of the employees and the type of crane being used. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 delegates for rider operated cranes and 4 delegates for pendant/repmote controlled cranes, in order to provide ample opportunity to assimilate the key learning points and gain practical experience. Upon successful completion of this course delegates are certificated in accordance with health & safety legislation. |
